14-day right of withdrawal

When exercising the 14-day right of withdrawal, contact us by e-mail at mixitmaxoy@gmail.com and provide the following details:

Pack the product yourself at home or at a Posti service point. You can also use the same package the product arrived in. Pack the product well for shipping so that it is not damaged in transit.

Write your details as the sender and the return address, which you can find below, on the package.

Take the package to any Posti service point. Then send us the tracking code you received from Posti by e-mail.

The refund is made to you within 7 days using the same payment method you used when placing the order.

NOTE! Return costs are fully the customer's responsibility! Costs incurred from delivering the product are not refunded!

Exchange / return of a defective product

In reply you will receive a short questionnaire about the problem. If the problem is found to possibly be covered by the warranty, or if we need the product returned to us to verify the problem, you will receive Posti's "Helposti code" by message, which you can use according to the instructions below. The return must be made with the Helposti code you received from customer service, either via a Posti service point or a parcel locker.

NOTE! All postage costs related to warranty returns / exchanges are the responsibility of MixITMax Oy, and you will not incur any costs from this!

Return via a Posti service point

Pack the product yourself at home or at a Posti service point. You can also use the same package the product arrived in. Pack the product well for shipping so that it is not damaged in transit. Damage to the product caused by insufficient packaging voids the warranty.

Write your details as the sender and the return address, which you can find below, as well as the "Helposti code" you received from customer service, on the package.

Take the package to any Posti service point. Posti customer service takes care of the rest. You will not be charged.

Return to a Posti parcel locker

Pack the product yourself at home. You can also use the same package the product arrived in. Pack the product well for shipping so that it is not damaged in transit. Damage to the product caused by insufficient packaging voids the warranty.

Write your details as the sender and the return address, which you can find below, as well as the "Helposti code" you received from customer service, on the package.

Take the package to a Posti parcel locker and enter the "Helposti code" you received on the parcel locker screen. One of the locker doors will open. Place the package in the locker and close the door. Done!

Replacement options

Primarily, a defective product is repaired and returned to the customer as soon as possible. If this is not possible for one reason or another, a replacement product is delivered to the customer. In general, we handle repair / replacement cases within a week of receiving the product. In some situations, such as during the coronavirus pandemic, it may take longer due to transport delays. However, always within 3 weeks of receipt.

In cases where repairing the product or delivering a replacement product is not possible within the time limits mentioned above, the customer receives a full refund. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method the customer used when placing the order.

Other EU countries

Customers in other EU countries have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the order is received.

  • Notify us of the withdrawal within 14 days.
  • Return the product within 14 days of the notice.
  • Returns go to our warehouse in Finland: MixITMax Oy, Sihtikatu 6, 90520 Oulu, Finland.
  • The customer pays the return shipping unless the product arrived defective.
  • The refund is made with the same payment method used for the order.
  • The warranty is 1 year unless the product description states otherwise.
