Deliveries from our Finnish warehouse:
Products are dispatched 3 times a week and delivery is fast, usually just 2 days.
We deliver via both Posti and Matkahuolto. You can choose your preferred delivery method at checkout under "Shipping method". You can have your order delivered to the nearest Posti / Matkahuolto pickup point or parcel locker*.
If you want delivery to a parcel locker, please state the address of the parcel locker in the order comment. You can find it in your shopping cart.
- 1. All orders that are small enough are delivered primarily as letter mail straight to your home.
- 2. All orders that cannot be delivered as letter mail are delivered as a postal parcel instead. If you wish, you can enter the details of the nearest parcel locker together with your postal details when ordering.
- 3. If the customer does not collect the order from the Posti pickup point within the period set by Posti (currently 7 days from the day the parcel arrives), the customer must contact us and pay an amount equal to the shipping costs. After that, the parcel will be sent to the customer again.
"PICKUP - OULU Meri-Toppila parcel locker"
If you want to pick up your parcel in Oulu, you can select this under "Shipping method". The parcel is left for pickup in the Posti parcel locker in Meri-Toppila, Oulu (Paakakatu 2, 90525 Oulu). Posti does not transport the parcel, so you need to collect it yourself. You will receive a pickup code by text message, to be entered on the parcel locker screen, as soon as we have placed your order in the locker. This way you do not have to wait for Posti's transport and you get your order faster!
* Posti / Matkahuolto may sometimes redirect a parcel to a different pickup point than originally intended. This may happen if the parcel locker you chose / the nearest one is full at the time of delivery. In such cases you can either collect the parcel from the pickup point stated in the text message you received from Posti, or contact Posti and ask for the parcel to be transferred.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Oulu, Finland. Choose the delivery option at checkout; the exact options and price are shown for your delivery address.
- Delivery to a parcel locker / pickup point: €5.90 for orders up to 500 g and €8.90 for orders over 500 g
- Delivery to a parcel locker / pickup point is free for orders of €79 or more
- Tracked postal delivery: €19.90
The free home delivery for orders of €79 applies only in Finland. Jewellery is sold only in Finland.
